Field Studies is a series of drawings created at reserves and bushland sites around Melbourne. They celebrate ‘slow looking’ - the intentional practice of witnessing your surroundings, and being completely present as you create. Working with these slow intentions enabled me a deeper appreciation of the objects, and these drawings are my ode to them.
